About Us
Mobile Fixture was established in 1927 located in downtown Mobile, AL. In February 2000, to better serve our customers, we moved into our new, state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot building at 1155 Montlimar Drive in West Mobile (17,000 S.F. is showroom with fully operational test kitchen). At this location we sell commercial foodservice equipment and supplies, residential appliances and home chef items.
In March 2003 we opened another location, Destin Restaurant Supply in Destin, FL, which has 8,000 S.F., office and warehouse, selling commercial foodservice equipment and supplies. In January 2005 we opened a new 2,500 S.F. display and showroom located in Gulf Shores, AL, that carries residential appliances. June 2006 we opened a new 22,000 S.F. Nashville, TN, location (11,000 S.F. showroom floor with fully functional operation test kitchen). Our Nashville location sells commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. Of course, all of our stores work together in that, if a customer needs a product that particular stores do not have on their floor, we are able to transfer that product from another location.
Service to our customers is our number one concern. Service to our customers includes: sound layout and design, provision of proper equipment and supplies, and expert installation. Even beyond that, it calls for giving the established business help and
advice in making new adjustments in order to meet competition in an ever-changing industry.
We have a total of 87 full time employees dedicated to serving our customers, from initial concept to specifying equipment, to making sure the job is delivered on time.
Over the years we have won dealer awards, the most recent
being the Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Magazine 2005 Top Achiever. Click here to view.
Our customers include restaurants (chain and independent), government agencies, schools, military bases, hospitals, churches, convenience stores, etc.
We are a member of the EDI buying group and do business with all the major foodservice manufacturers throughout the industry.
